Label Ouvrage is a publishing label dedicated to books and objects related to craft professions, graphic design, craftsmanship, and creative practices in general.
Through its website, labelouvrage.com, Label Ouvrage offers all of its publications for purchase, as well as editorial articles published along the way.

Purchase

  • Go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase.

  • Click “Add to cart” and follow the steps to complete your order.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping tracking details.

Payment methods

We accept payments by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please print your cart with the selected items and send us your payment, making sure to include the shipping costs.
All payments are secure.

If your payment fails, please try again and make sure that all payment details have been entered correctly. If the issue persists, do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes, you can place an order from outside France and outside Europe. Please note that shipping rates vary depending on the delivery destination.

Product delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 business days

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Return policy

In accordance with Article L121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
You will find the return form to be sent back with the product, carefully packaged and well protected.
